Creative Frog Sponsors Nelson Region Hospice Trust

Rachel works closely with the Hospice, assisting in design and print projects to raise funds. "I became aware of the Hospice when I was working for Hoglund Art Glass. Marie and Ola Hoglund donate to the Hospice every year and I decided when I start Creative Frog, I would support the Hospice as my preferred charity".

"When I was living in England, I was involved in a large charity fundraiser project with a target of 500,000 pounds for an underprivileged school in a poor borough of London. Seeing first hand the benefits the charity made there, meant it was a simple decision for me to support a worthy charity such as the Region Hospice Trust when I returned to my home city.
"Every dollar donated/raised is vital toward keeping this essential service that Nelson people and their families will or have needed."

Projects Creative Frog has been involved with in its 1st year of business.

"It's been a busy first year! Nelson Region Hospice held its Bi-Annual Art Auction at the Earnest Rutherford in Stoke on May 15th 2009. With over 200 guests present for the charity event, the Region Hospice Trust Auction raised a total of $19,000.00. Creative Frog designed and printed the auction booklet, donated hours of time and assisted on the night

We have recently designed and printed two Hospice projects:

A Nelson restaurant/café recipe calendar featuring 12 free postcards; launched in September 2009.
Dimitris Tastes of Greece 72pp recipe book, released in October 2009.

Both of these excellent christmas presents are avaliable from the local Hospice shop in Buxton Square carpark, next to Di Pierri's Cafe.
